We purchase only from brand offices and authorised distributors — never grey-market stock or clearance lots from unknown sellers.

Batch verification

Every product carries its original batch code and manufacturing date, which you can verify with the brand directly.

Sealed on arrival

If a seal is broken or tampered with when it reaches you, we replace it. No argument, no restocking fee.

If we get it wrong

Find a product you can demonstrate is not genuine and we refund you in full and cover the return.
